KASPAR
2024
I am working on Kaspar by Peter Handke to reflect on and experiment with the state of languagelessness and the social consequences of being unable to use any language legitimately.
Using the visual, sonic, and semantic aspects of words as expressive material—along with the dynamics of abuse that Handke explores in the text—I invite the audience to encounter their own language and reflect on how it has shaped their perception of the world.
